I lost my progress

If you were playing on a guest account, your progress lives only on that device. Deleting the Game, switching phones, or clearing app data can lose it. Register with email, Apple or Google from inside the Game to keep your progress safe across devices going forward.

How do I keep my progress across devices?

Open Settings in the Game and sign in with email, Apple or Google. This links your guest account so your sauces, challenge progress and Mezisos Pro status carry over when you play on a new device.

I bought Mezisos Pro but it's not showing

Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. If Pro isn't active after buying, open the Game and use Restore Purchase from Settings. If it still doesn't show up, email us with your order receipt or purchase date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the Game. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access stays on until the current period ends.

Can I remove ads?

Yes - Mezisos Pro removes ads, as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. See our Terms of Use for details.

I found a bug or a maze that won't solve

Sorry about that! Email us with your platform, the character and level you were on, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

How do I report an inappropriate player name?

Email us the name as it appears on the leaderboard and roughly when you saw it. We review names that break our Terms of Use and remove or change them.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings / Account / Delete Account in the Game, or visit our Delete Account page for details on what gets removed.
