Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mezisos (the "Game"), made by Bruwfier Inc. ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least (13) years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Game. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.
2. Your account
When you first open the Game, we create a guest account for you automatically. You can register later with email, Apple or Google to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method. A guest account lives only on your device, so deleting the Game or changing devices may lose its progress.
3. Player names
If you choose a display name, it may appear publicly on leaderboards. Names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove any name that breaks these rules.
4. Mezisos Pro
Mezisos Pro removes ads, allows offline play, and gives Pro-only in-game extras. It is sold as:
- a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it, and
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. You can restore a purchase on a new device from inside the Game.
5. Ads
The free version of the Game shows banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewards from watching an ad are in-game items only.
6. In-game items and content
Characters, foods, hints, extras, unlocks, challenge rewards and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are a limited license to use within the Game. We may add, change or retire characters, foods, challenges and other content over time.
7. Fair play
You agree not to: cheat, use bots or modify the Game; tamper with leaderboards, scores or our servers; reverse engineer the Game except where the law allows it; or use the Game for anything unlawful. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Our content
The Game, its characters, art, music, names and code belong to Bruwfier Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of them.
9. Availability
The Game needs an internet connection for some features. We may pause the Game for maintenance or require you to update to keep playing. We don't promise the Game will always be available or free of errors.
10. Ending your account
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from Settings / Account in the Game or on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bruwfier Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know in the Game or on this page. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of (country/state), unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
